Q.
I always experience red & itchy skin whenever there is a weather change. Especially my eyebrows always have this itchy, red, flaking which makes me so frustrated.

Changes in weather can affect the skin dramatically causing an array of sensitive skin issues.
On hot and windy days, dusts in the air can adhere to your sweaty skin. If you suffer from allergies, it can lead to itch and redness. When the temperature and humidity are high, the pores of the skin will be enlarged and dirt, oil and allergens tend to accumulate. When this happens, bacteria can grow on the skin, causing itch and redness.
Also there are certain parts of the body that tend to have sensitive skin, the parts with more sweat glands such as the side of the nose, eyebrows, scalp, back, arms, legs, etc. The sebum in sweat can be oxidized and becomes a stimulant.
After washing your face or body, gently pat dry with a towel and moisturize your skin with lotion to keep your skin moisturized.
