Can the adult range be used for children as well?
We would recommend you to use the Baby range for your children as these products are developed specially for children’s delicate skin. The skin of children has little sebum and the moisturizing function and barrier function are weak compared to adult’s skin.
Nevertheless, SunoHada Adult series are safe and gentle to be used on children’s skin as well. Kindly be assured on the safety and efficacy of all SunoHada products as they are clinically proven.
When using for the first time, please carefully monitor your child’s skin condition after use. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and consult a doctor.
To care for sensitive skin, it is important to avoid excessive washing (not to rub too much), and apply plenty of moisturizer after washing.

CAN I USE IT AS A MAKEUP BASE?
Yes. To moisturize your skin, apply the Soothing Lotion before putting on makeup.
CAN IT BE USED WITH A DOCTOR-PRESCRIBED TOPICAL DRUG?
Yes. However do apply your topical drug before the lotion. If you have any concern, consult your doctor before use.
CAN IT BE USED BY BREASTFEEDING WOMEN?
Yes. However, avoid applying it over the breast area. If this cannot be avoided, cleanse the area before breastfeeding.
CAN IT BE USED ON AN ACTIVE RASH OR IRRITATED SKIN?
SunoHada Soothing Lotion helps to moisturize and provide relief from itch, dryness and redness. It should not be applied directly over open wounds. However , please consult doctor in case of severe itch and rash.
DOES THE SOOTHING LOTION CONTAIN STEROIDS?
No. SunoHada Soothing Lotion is free from Steroid, Alcohol, Paraben, Colorant and Fragrance.
SHOULD I STOP USING THE LOTION WHEN THESE IS NO DRYNESS AND IRRITATION?
SunoHada is safe for everyday, long-term use. In fact, maintaining a daily habit of cleansing with a mild cleanser and using a moisturizer is recommended for healthy skin.
CAN MIST BE USED ON BABIES?
Mist can be used for kids and we recommend to be used for kids aged 1 year old and above.
SunoHada Mist does not contain undesired additives and they are naturally pH balanced. It is also clinically tested on its safety.
However, it contains menthol which may sting the sensitive areas on the face (e.g. eyes and mouth) regardless of age.
For baby, the possibility of touching the face (eye and mouth) with hands applied mist cannot be eliminated.
So if you use Mist for your baby for the first time, please use them while carefully observing your baby’s skin for irritation and avoid any sensitive areas (such as open wound, eye and mouth area etc.) or on babies’ hands which may touching their face after applied mist.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and consult a doctor.
DO I NEED TO SPREAD OUT THE MIST WITH MY FINGERS AFTER SPRAYING IT ON?
No need to do that if you spray only a thin layer of the mist. Of course, if you want it to dry faster, you can pat it dry with your hands.
WILL THE MIST STAIN CLOTHES?
SunoHada mist does not contain any colorant and is washable, however, please avoid using directly on the clothes. After applying a thin layer of the mist directly on the skin please allow it to dry naturally.
WHAT IS A SURFACTANT AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT GENTLENESS?
Surfactants are used in all soaps and cleansers to boost their cleaning action. The kind of surfactants used and their concentration or quantity can affect gentleness. SunoHada’s washes contain only minimal amino acid-based surfactants and amphoteric surfactants that are less irritating than soap and sulfate.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF NATURAL PH BALANCE CLEANSER FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Skin is slightly acidic. Soaps with high detergency are alkaline and may irritate sensitive skin. SunoHada wash cleanse gently as it is pH balance.
WHY IS GENTLE CLEANSING IMPORTANT?
While cleansing impurity from the skin’s surface, the use of soap and harsh cleansers can strip the natural oils from your skin, leaving the skin feeling tight and uncomfortable.
It is therefore important to cleanse gently by choosing gentle cleanser that free from soap.

Is rinsing required?
Yes. It is required to gently wash with lukewarm water.
What is the difference between Clean Wash and Smooth Wash?
Both SunoHada Clean Wash and Smooth Wash are gentle to your sensitive skin and clinically proven to relieve dryness and itch. However SunoHada offers 2 types of Cleanser so that you can choose depending on your needs for Body Wash.
Gentle Smooth Wash is a gentle non-foaming wash and leaves your skin soft and smooth, suitable even for dry, itchy sensitive skin.
Gentle Clean Wash has low foam that is gentle yet cleanses well, also rinses off easily, suitable for normal to dry, sensitive skin.
